Liability agreement

The purchaser of this effect (“The World’s Most Dangerous Card Trick”) agrees to hold the manufacturer (John Fitzsimmons) harmless and free from liability for this product (“The World’s Most Dangerous Card Trick”) and any damage it may cause to the user or to a spectator/s. The purchaser also agrees to limit the sellers’ liability to that caused by product failure, malfunction, or other acts of damage to the sum total of half the retail cost paid by the registered user. All other damage will be placed on the user with no recourse of action.

Right to use agreement

The purchaser has a right to use this effect, but this effect may not be transferred, conveyed, bestowed, donated, assigned, or otherwise disposed of, without notifying the manufacturer in writing prior to this disposal.
